1. Services
Dixieland Training provides firearms safety education, concealed carry training, and related instructional services where lawful and available.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. Certain classes or permits may require a higher minimum age or additional legal qualifications under applicable law.

3. Compliance With Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation, possession, licensing, and conduct comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Completion of a course does not guarantee issuance of any permit or license.

4. Registration and Payment
Class seats may be limited and are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel classes due to weather, range availability, instructor availability, safety concerns, or low enrollment. When possible, affected students will be offered a transfer, credit, or refund consistent with the stated policy at booking.

6. Safety Rules and Removal
All students must follow instructor commands and all posted safety rules. Unsafe behavior, impairment, harassment, disruptive conduct, or refusal to follow directions may result in removal from class without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk
Training activities may involve inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all lawful risks associated with participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Waivers and Releases
You may be required to sign additional waivers, range rules, or facility agreements before participating.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, course materials, text, graphics, and media are the property of Dixieland Training or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Communications
By contacting us or providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications regarding scheduling, customer service, and your registration. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages where applicable.
